Growing up in Pakistan, almost every boy and girl carries dreams like these. We all work hard for them. But hard work alone was never enough. Most of us worked very hard, in the wrong direction, and then blamed ourselves when nothing came of it.

I know, because I was one of them.

Freelancing gave me each of these, one by one and eventually, a life in Germany. Not because I worked harder than you. Because at some point, I started working in the right direction.

That direction is what I teach now to empower the youth with real money making skills.

I grew up in Nowshera, Peshawar, a place where ambition wasn't discouraged exactly, just quietly assumed to belong to someone else.

In 2018, I was twenty-something, unremarkable on paper, and watching inflation erode my family's savings a little more each month. The advice around me was consistent, well-meaning, and identical every time:

"Get a stable job. Put the dreaming away."

But I was clueless what to do exactly.

What I had was a decision, made quietly, without much confidence that it would work, to master one skill completely rather than dabble in ten. That skill was copywriting.

I taught myself, then tested myself, on Upwork, with no clients, no reviews, and nothing to point to but the work itself.

The work spoke first. Everything else followed.

Now I live in Germany. I'm rated Top Rated Plus on Upwork, having generated over $4M+ in results for clients across 1,800+ projects. I built a personal brand that's reached 50,000+ people, and an agency that now does for others what that first decision did for me.

I don't share this to impress you.

I share it because the distance between where I started and where I am now was never talent. It was one decision, followed all the way through and that part, anyone can do.
